I'm a junior first-line engineer with a passion for problem-solving and hands-on technology. I enjoy diagnosing technical issues, fixing systems, and helping keep things running smoothly. Outside of my engineering work, I'm an avid gamer and a keen 3D printing enthusiast, often experimenting with new designs and bringing ideas to life through practical builds. My curiosity and love of tinkering keep me learning and improving my technical skills.
I've worked in IT since 1999 and, over the years, have built up a real passion for technology and helping people get the most from it.
Outside of work, I'm married with two teenage sons and spend a lot of my time enjoying football, film and music. I'm a lifelong Manchester United supporter, and when I'm not working or watching football, I'm usually out walking my German Shepherd. I've also been a youth football coach for the last eight years, which has been a hugely rewarding part of my life and something I'm very passionate about.
Interesting fact: I once shook hands with Bob Geldof after bumping into him at a music festival.
With over 20 years of experience in IT support, I've grown alongside the industry, from my early days gaming on a Spectrum 48K to working with the fast-moving technologies shaping today's digital world. I'm naturally curious and enjoy exploring new tech as it evolves, always aiming to match the right solutions to each client's needs and ensuring they get the best possible fit for their business.
Outside of work, I'm a lifelong motorsport and car enthusiast. After taking part in road rallies many years ago, things are a little more sedate nowadays but I still follow the sport closely. When time allows, I enjoy a round of golf and continue to pursue my long-standing goal of earning a pilot's licence.

I'm an engineer at heart. I've been in IT since 2008, working through infrastructure engineering, service desk leadership and technical architecture, and picking up the commercial side along the way. What I care about most is leading technical services that are designed and delivered properly.
Away from the desk I'm usually walking the dog by the beach, chasing my seven-year-old around, tinkering on the driveway, firing up the BBQ or gaming. Life's too short to take too seriously.
I'm a bit of a tech enthusiast who enjoys working with cloud infrastructure, automation, and generally figuring out how to make technology behave itself. Most of my work revolves around the Microsoft ecosystem, Azure, and scripting things so I don't have to do the same job twice! My journey building CAP Technologies began eight years ago, and allowed me to turn a long-standing interest in technology into a business.
Outside of work I'm busy raising my two daughters and spending time with family, which is easily the most chaotic (but best) project I've taken on. When I get a bit of downtime, I enjoy dipping back into retro gaming and old-school tech, mostly for the nostalgia and a reminder of where my interest in technology started.
